From the initial design right through to the completion of the work, I place great emphasis on the proper organisation of the installation, safety, functionality and the meticulous execution of every detail. Each project is treated as unique, ensuring that the final result is reliable, practical and designed to meet both the current and future requirements of the space.
Every electrical project has different requirements. Whether it is a new installation or the refurbishment of an existing space, proper preparation ensures that the work is carried out in an organised manner and that the installation meets the property’s actual needs.
The process begins with an inspection of the site and a discussion of the project’s requirements. In a new build, the installation requirements are assessed from the outset, whilst in a refurbishment, the condition of the existing electrical infrastructure is also taken into account.
The necessary electrical works, the locations of the power supply points and the way in which the installation will serve the intended use of the space are specified. Where necessary, provision is made at an early stage for future requirements, so as to avoid unnecessary interventions later on.
The work is carried out in accordance with the project design and, where other teams are involved, with the necessary coordination to ensure that each stage is completed in the correct order.
Upon completion of the work, the necessary inspection of the installation and its individual components is carried out, so that the premises are handed over with a fully functional and integrated electrical infrastructure.
